Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail.

1st Class - £6.46

2nd Class - £4.49

All orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) Monday to Thursday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Thursday will be sent out Friday for delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday for delivery.

You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Please note we do not post on weekends

INTERNATIONAL

International Europe - Calculated by courier (inc. duties/fees) 5-7 working days

International Rest of World - Calculated by courier (inc. duties/fees) 7-10 working days

Methods of Delivery

All orders are sent by Royal Mail. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one is at home to receive your order.
For international deliveries, Teleship works in conjunction with the local postal service of each country.

RETURNS

We offer exceptional customer care and will happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached.

Customer is responsible for the return postage costs, duties & fees that may occur.

It can take up to 7 days from the date we receive your return to process your return. Once we receive your return and made the necessary checks, we will refund back to your original payment method. Funds can take a few days to appear on your bank statement depending on your card issuer.
